We want all our customers to fall in love with their chosen items. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible and return within 14 days of purchase using the return form enclosed with your items (please include as much detail as possible). To ensure you don't use unnecessary resources please return the items in the original box.
All returned items must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging with garment tags attached. Please note that if items have any type of mark ie white deodorant marks we are unable to offer a refund so please be careful when trying on any items. Yoga mats, blocks and all equipment must be in their original cellophane and/or branded wrapper for returns to be accepted.

Returns can only be refunded to the person who originally placed and paid for the order, and the refund can only be processed back to the same payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 days after receipt of the return.
If you are in the UK please use the Paid For label enclosed in your parcel to send your return and ensure Free postage.

The quickest and easiest way for you to get exactly what you want in a different colour or size is to simply return the unwanted item and order another on-line.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty you are of course entitled to a full refund / replacement, including the cost of returning the item back to us. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us how the garment is faulty and we will resolve the situation in the best way possible. Again, please ensure the item is returned within 14 days.
